Necolle Banks

Necolle Banks is a multifaceted wellness advocate, swim coach, and community leader based in Louisville, Kentucky.

As a certified doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Necolle is passionate about natural health solutions and offers a wide range of holistic treatments designed to support individuals on their personal health and healing journeys. Her approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that true health involves the mind, body, and spirit, and she empowers others to take charge of their well-being through personalized, natural care.

In addition to her work in holistic health, Necolle is a trailblazer in the world of swimming. She began her swimming journey at the age of 43, and within five years, she became the first Black swim coach in Lakeside Swim Club's nearly century-long history. Currently she serves as the head coach of Grace James Academy's inaugural swim team, Necolle has been instrumental in fostering a "blended community" in the water, challenging stereotypes and promoting inclusivity.

Through her coaching, she promotes confidence, inclusivity, and representation—empowering your swimmers, especially Black girls, to embrace swimming as both a life skill and a source of empowerment and an enjoyable pursuit. Necolle's commitment to community extends beyond coaching. She has been actively involved in the Central Adult Learn-to-Swim program, which aims to provide barrier-free access to aquatic education. Her work has been celebrated for its impact on increasing diversity and representation in swimming. Through her efforts, Necolle Banks continues to inspire and uplift individuals in Louisville, promoting health, confidence, and community through the power of swimming
